Here's a mortgage in which you can pick the repayment currency to suit your cash flows.
Example: You have a vacation home in the US which is rented in the winter but mostly vacant in the summer. With this mortgage, you can pay the mortgage in USD in the winter (when you have dollars income from the property), and in the summer, when there is no income from it, you can pay the mortgage in Sterling.
This mortgage is available repayable in the following currencies: USD, Sterling, Euros, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, New Zealand Dollars.
This mortgage is available for residential properties in the following countries: England, Wales, Scotland, Australia, New Zealand, Canada (parts), USA (Florida, New York, California), Spain, France.
General information: Loans are normally made in the currency of the borrower's citizenship, but exceptions are possible. Sterling loans are fixed rate, all others are adjustable (variable) rate. Minimum loan is $75,000 (or equivalent), loan to value is 75%, term of the loan is 30 years or to age 70, whichever is sooner.
Underwriting parameters are "make sense" instead of rigid ratios. These loans are for clients with good credit and income that can be verified. Please contact us for further information.
