We are adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway. If you are really planning ahead, we are 25 miles north of Kennedy Space Center's commercial space launch facilities.

We are located in Oak Hill, Florida, which is on the east coast of Florida about 30 miles (50 km) south of Daytona Beach and about 45 miles (70 km) from Orlando International airport.




We have a brand new, purpose built, secure, hurricane-proof all steel clear span building 50 feet by 90 feet (15 meters by 28 meters), with a 28 foot by 55 foot (8.6 meters by 17 meters) air conditioned and heated office. The floor is reinforced concrete, 6” thick. The building has direct runway access to a 3,000 foot runway at a private airstrip and has easy road access to the Interstate Highway system.
